Annual Winter Drama Adventure 
for Midcoast students grades 3-8.

A wonderful tale set in the Japanese Noh tradition. This tradition, while somewhat magical and mysterious, provides actors with lots of opportunity for movement, mask work, sword fighting and acting. Character types vary from comedy to dramatic, including storytellers and musicians. The evening will also include two or three comedy shorts, between the acts of Firebird, a tradition in the theater of the East. This production will provide opportunities for 30 students on stage and more to help with technical aspects. A great stretch and a slice of theater history for young actors!
